BPDL sell Signet House, SIG Trading Limited, Sheffield Business Park

In a very quick deal, with all parties working closely together, BPDL has secured the investment sale of Signet House (a 21,200 sq.ft office on Sheffield Business Park) to FWRE Limited. Alex Buchanan of AHBN represented BPDL whilst the purchaser was represented by Bruce Mortimer at Lindley Mortimer.
