Brackley breaks ground on first phase of Elm Business Park

Brackley Property Developments (BPD) has begun work on the first phase of a new 15-acre mixed use scheme in Leicestershire.
The commercial developer has broken ground at Elm Business Park in Broughton Astley, after Harborough District Council gave planning consent for the scheme’s development.
Archaeological works are underway on site, which will pave the way for construction of new build-to-suit industrial/warehouse units of up to 120,000 sq ft, subject to layout. Buildings are available on either leasehold or freehold terms.
Future phases of development will see the construction of units ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft and above, and will accommodate a mix of uses including office, retail and leisure.
Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, managing director of BPD said: “Elm Business Park is an exciting mixed-use scheme on a strategically located and prominent site in Broughton Astley. New units will be tailored to meet occupier demand, with a size and specification to suit requirements.”
Elm Business Park lies adjacent to Broughton Astley Golf Complex, off the B4114 Coventry Road and within six miles of the M1/M69 interchange.
