Planning consent received for Dock 2 at Pioneer Park

Working closely with Leicester City Council, BPDL has secured planning consent for a new 26,000 sq.ft. Dock 2 building at Pioneer Park which is due to commence early in the new year.

Brackley is also currently in the process of securing an outline planning consent  on plot 3C of the Park enabling them to offer leasehold or freehold buildings up to circa 20,000 sq.ft.
