A 4.7 acre site has been acquired from Travis Perkins by Brackley Property Developments at junction 8 of the M62 motorway. The site has outline planning consent for warehouse uses and can accommodate a single unit of circa 100,000 sq.ft. The acquisition was completed within three weeks of the lawyers being instructed.
