New UK office HQ completed for SIG, in Sheffield

Practical completion of SIG Plc’s new impressive 21,000 sq.ft three storey UK office headquarters on Sheffield Business Park has taken place in accordance with the original programme.  The investment has been sold to Aberdeen Standard Life.

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Managing Director, said “Construction of the building went well on site and working alongside our contractor, Stepnell, we were able to undertake the majority of the SIG’s fit out works simultaneously.

Mark Stacey, Property Transaction Manager at SIG said  “We are very pleased with the quality of the construction work and completed building.  During construction, BPDL were very flexible during construction and worked with us to undertake our fit out works thereby allowing us to occupy the building soon after practical completion.
