Brackley Acquires Beecroft Park, Sutton in Ashfield

Brackley Property Developments have recently completed the acquisition of a 5.8 acre industrial development site off Penny Emma Way in Sutton in Ashfield.

The site is located close to the junction of the A38 Kings Mill Road East with Penny Emma Way part of the Oddicroft Lane Industrial Estate. The site has a implemented historic planning consent for a multi-unit industrial warehouse scheme.

BPD will be submitting a new application for a new industrial warehouse scheme totalling approximately 85,000 sq.ft. comprising two units of 18,300 sq.ft. and 67,100 sq.ft. The application is due to be submitted in April 2022 with an anticipated start on site date of August / September 2022.
