BPDL secure sale of warehouse at Omega Point, Warrington

BPDL has secured the sale of a 88,200 sq.ft. industrial warehouse

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Managing Director of BPDL commented, “We are pleased to announce that we have secured the design and build sale to Cabot and expect to commence construction on site later this year”.
