BPDL secure Blaby Business Park

BPDL has entered into a Joint Venture with Westleigh to develop a new employment scheme at Blaby Business Park.  Outline planning consent has been secured for 75,000 sq.ft. industrial warehouse space and up to 21,500 sq.ft. two storey offices.  Units are available from 2,500 sq.ft. upwards and are available on a leasehold and freehold basis.

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Managing Director of BPDL commented, “We are delighted to have secured this opportunity and to work with Westleigh to deliver accommodation for the local and regional occupier seeking to expand their businesses in the area.  We are already in discussions with a number of occupiers and intend to commence the initial infrastructure works to open up the site as soon as we receive the necessary consents”.
