BPDL commence construction on further sites

BPDL, having secured various planning consents are due to commence on a further two schemes this month.

On their scheme at Omega Point, Warrington, Stepnell has been appointed to construct a new 88,200 sq.ft. industrial warehouse which has been sold to Cabot with completion due in May ’19.

The Nottingham office of Stepnell has been appointed to construct two detached offices at Friars Mill in Leicester.  The Riverside building totalling 5,583 sq.ft has been sold to Unite the Union and the 4,840 sq.ft. Fabric building is being built speculatively.

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Managing Director, says,  “Continuing from our busy October, we are now commencing construction on both Omega Point, Warrington and Friars Mill, Leicester which is a testament to our hard working team”.
