BPDL acquire LE3 Oak Spinney Park, Leicester

Brackley Property Developments continue to expand their development activities in and around the East Midlands having acquired a 2 acre office scheme known as LE3 at Oak Spinney Park from Westleigh Developments.

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Managing Director of BPDL commented, “We are delighted to acquire this very well located site to continue and expand our development activities in Leicester.
