Blaby Business Park – Next Phase Commences

Construction has commenced on the next design and build phase of the successful Blaby Business Park.

In a double deal for the scheme, the world’s leading provider of professional dancewear, Freed of London, is acquiring a 27,000 sq.ft. industrial warehouse whilst financial consultants, Paul Smith Consultancy, is acquiring a bespoke two storey office of 6,000 sq.ft.

Both buildings are due for completion in the summer.
