Brackley Property Developments acquired the freehold interest from SIG Trading Limited in respect of their existing three storey office building, known as Signet House, totalling approximately 21,200 sq.ft.
SIG Trading Limited entered into a new 25 year lease with Brackley Property Developments simultaneously with selling the building.
The investment was held for a short time prior to being sold to FWRE Limited.
