Brackley Property Developments unconditionally acquired this 2.1 acre site in August ’15. The site had an outline planning consent for a small unit industrial warehouse/trade counter scheme totalling approximately 35,000 sq.ft.
Following a period of marketing, the site was sold to Machine Mart for their own occupation.
