The site is located to the north east of Corby, in a commercial area accessed of Phoenix Parkway, the A6116. Phoenix Parkway gives access to the A6003 to the west, and A427 to the south.
The site is located off Cockerell Road, and extended to approximately 2 acres. BPD owned the site and secured planning consent for a building of 43,000sqft. The unit included two dock loading doors, two level access sectional overhead doors and ancillary office space, as well as staff and visitor parking. It was completed in Q3 2023.
BPD entered into a full forward funding agreement with specialist property investment firm, Leftfield for the speculative development of the new unit at Cockerell Road in Corby.
The construction of the unit of 43,000sqft has now been completed – October 2023.
