Grove Park, Leicester is a strategically located at the heart of the national motorway network. The business park sits immediately adjacent to Junction 21 of the M1 motorway, at the interchange with the M69 motorway giving easy access to Coventry, Birmingham, Nottingham and Northampton.
Brackley Property Developments acquired a 1.3 acre plot from Grove Park Management Company in January ’16 and secured a design and build pre-let to My Home Move for a 20,620 sq.ft three storey air conditioned office for their new headquarters to accommodate their proposed expansion plans. My Home Move were seeking to recruit another 100 staff in 2016 to be home to a mix of professional support staff and conveyancing teams, and Grove Park was ideally situated to enable this.
Brackley Property Developments worked with My Home Move to deliver a bespoke headquarters building, constructed to their specific requirements, and incorporating high quality of design and fittings.

The building was completed in November 2016. Mucklow acquired the investment on a forward commitment basis.
