Brackley Property Developments was selected to work with LCC for the development of accommodation on plot 3c of Pioneer Park (Space City), which is an extension of the highly successful Dock 1 and Dock 2 units. The buildings are known as Docks 3, 4 and 5 and provide high quality accommodation for high tech knowledge based and creative companies, covering a wide range of sectors from office based uses, such as software development, through to bespoke laboratory space and light industrial.
The new offices will provide space for up to 50 businesses across c.43,000 sq ft, with the purpose-built industrial units providing more than 21,500 sq ft of workspace across nine units.
The development has been constructed to the following overall design requirements:
